Our Story
This special edition of our Sotogrande retreat brings together Anne Sophie’s love for this unique place and her vision for connection through movement, with Adéla’s expertise in mindful Pilates and yoga. It’s a collaboration born from shared values—intentional living, grounded practices, and creating space to reconnect. Together, we invite you to join us for a retreat that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
About Anne-Sophie
Sotogrande has always been a special place for me—where I’ve spent countless summers with family and friends, creating unforgettable memories. No matter how many cities I’ve lived in across Europe, Sotogrande always feels like home. There’s something magical about the light here, the energy, and the way it brings people together.
My love for movement, connection, and sharing this incredible place inspired me to start hosting Pilates retreats. Living in Copenhagen for the past few years has shaped my perspective on life and lifestyle, and with Nordic Soto, I want to bring together the best of both worlds.
These retreats are about connection, recharging, having fun, and embracing life—all in a place that means so much to me. I can’t wait to welcome you here and create new memories together.
About Adéla
My own journey into teaching began through a deep personal exploration of movement and nutrition as tools for balance, healing and self-trust. What started as a way to feel more grounded in my own body has grown into a practice I love sharing with others. One that supports not just strength, but softness too.
With a passion for mindful movement and nervous system regulation, I guide classes that blend strength, presence and fluidity, encouraging you to move with intention and reconnect with your breath. Each session is an invitation to slow down, build resilience and return to yourself through conscious movement.
